The marriage rates vary significantly across the four financial tribes of Gen Z:
High-Risk Hustlers: 31% married
Stability Seekers: 16% married
Struggling Strivers: 10% married
Balanced Builders: 16% married
The High-Risk Hustlers stand out with nearly double the marriage rate of other groups, while the Struggling Strivers show the lowest rate of marriage at just 10%. For context, the overall marriage rate for Gen Z in this survey is 16%.
Interesting. So why are high risk hustlers willing to bet on marriage: because at that age it's also high risk? Are people who aren't high rick attracted to those who are because the latter have a plan for the future, however audacious?
Another interesting part of this analysis would be to discern the influence, if any, by parents, and/or by the political leanings of parents or grandparents?
This is fascinating and will be a valuable resource for many of the authors I work with.
What's also interesting is one thing that's left out entirely: marriage.

Great point; can follow-up on this in other research.
